Woke up this morning to big surprise.

Opening my emails to start reading and responding. First email was regarding a new WA follower. As I opened the email, got a big surprise. When I shut down iPad last night my WA rank was at 202. What a shock to see it at 194 this morning.

I am not concerned with getting a ranking here on WA as much as learning and sharing with others. I am somewhat selective about going out and gathering a big group of followers. To me it is not a matter of the numbers, but a matter of developing knowledge, friendships and support. Quality over Quantity.

There are so many I have become friends with who are helping me along the way that rather than create a long list and accidentally omit someone I will just do a blanket Thank You. You know who you are and that you are greatly appreciated.

Now that I have shared this with all my great friends it is like setting another goal to maintain level and hopefully improve to become successful.

What is success to me. My success here in WA will be reaching a level of financial security in my retirement.
