Barb, There is so much to learn here. It can be staggering. I found that I needed to prioritize: Watch the video and read the information for each lessons. Then watch the video again, pausing it after each bit of new information. I go to my website and apply that bit of information and then return to the video and repeat this process. I learn best by seeing, hearing, and hand-on. I start on the tasks for that lesson and participate in discussions. I check messages and see if any one new is following me - I follow them back with a notification on their profiIe page. I then focus on creating new content. I use Microsoft Word for this as I like the fact that it immediately lets me know that I have misspelled a word or used incorrect grammar. I then copy and paste my content onto a new page on my site. I can't imagine trying to do this and hold a full time job as well. Building a quality site is time consuming! I love your attitude. I am now following you. To jumping in! I think most everyone feels at least a little overwhelmed just on the basis of the prolific amount of information presented alone. There's so much to learn and of course as many approaches to learning and applying that knowledge to an effective course of action as their are individuals. From what I've experienced so far, I've found the best course for me is to just keep moving (through the cert course in particular). I've found that sometimes answers reveal themeselves if I put a particular step/action that I'm unclear on, on hold and move to the next. I also think it's a good idea to keep a question log. In any case, like you said just keep moving. That along with the support of the WA community will get you through.

i have a very tight schedule at work too, plus i have to be on feet the entire time, but i manage to get focus on what i would want to talk about. I would create a list of topics, and think during the work day what i would write about, than i grab a piece of paper and write down my ideas, it can be even 1 line, but that can be enough to inspire the whole article! Like you wrote here you have a full time job and how overwhelmed you feel. Write about that, because you are not alone with this problem! I hope i helped. And I hope you will reach your goal and will be able to help others!

Just don't get discouraged we all have "life" to deal with. I have been sick for almost a week and really feel like I have been letting myself down by not doing more on my site, but had all I could do to sit upright. (sinus issues)
