Someone told me that writing reviews was their main source of traffic and in addition I was introduced to WA through a review search (thanks Nathielle). How common of a strategy

Reviews can be great!

Reviews are good for traffic because people do what to know what you know...good luck!

The three main presentation formats I've seen the WA review portion of sites promoting the WA affiliate program are 1) presented alone in a completely seperate menu category of

Best format is the one you are most comfortable following, within reasonable guidelines. What do you like most?

I like the drop down menu. I was thinking one category for legitimate opps and one for questionable ones (scams), or Just one category titled reviews with WA at the bottom. WA on top or bottom?

I like the two section idea. It is good to know, as a visitor, that you offer both! Not exactly sure of what you mean with just one category
REVIEWS WITH WA or the WA review at the top or the bottom.

Like you I do not know much still in the learning process personally I prefer a nice clean and simple site, I am not promoting WA at this time but I know the importance on having a good review

I agree, simple and basic but not barren and boring.

Thanks for the input. I assume your reviewing other opps on that drop down ? If so, how many?

Wow! I didn't even realize that I had written 10 reviews already. I really enjoy writing reviews because I can be opinionated and inject more of my personality into my writing.
Reviews have been my main source of traffic so I will probably continue to write reviews.

I currently have about 4 others OPS that I've personally had experience with. I saw others reviewing bad opportunities and I figured "hey, I'm not the only one that fell for it. Maybe I can steer someone else clear" It was very early in my journey. I plan to add more, but don't know when.

I came in totally clueless and had no idea what I wanted to promote. Well I had ideas, but how to focus it down, where to start, etc So I started with Boot Camp, saw Kyles's site and the rest just came together on it's own.

I still have a long way to go, I'm taking it slow. Fortunately I do have income and am just working to get a little extra for luxuries like basic cable for my sister. Occasional pizza, you know things over basic necessities.

My WA review is a stand alone page within a dropdown menu on my site. I try to funnel the traffic from most of my articles to that page and it's working out pretty well for me.
As far as a "best" format, I'm not sure there is a best.

Right now I'm just checking out WA affiliate promotional websites to get some ideas for constructing my own. One thing that I've noticed is that not a lot of people are using te

Testimonials do help with sales. I haven't really gone so far as to add testimonials to my promo site, but would consider doing it in the future.

Hey Bryant go to WAYS TO AVOID SCAMS ONLINE .COM that's Kyle's site. It truly is an incredible site. After each scam he list and reviews, he ask for feedback from those that may have some experience with that particular company. One has over 600 responses. People sure likes to let others know about their experiences. It really lends credibility to what he is saying. Hopefully this helps. This is also showed in the bootcamp series.

I will definitely be doing that. That's where I'm at in the bootcamp training right now. I had decided to go through and look at everyone's WA affiliate promotional websites in order to get some ideas for my own and I naturally started having questions occur to me. Time to get back to bootcamp.

I think testimonials are amazing. They personalize things.

I agree, they do offer a personal connection. I think they just have to be genuine/heartfelt , not overdone and will placed.

well placed :)

Bryant It depends with me what I am reading at the time. If it is on a service and a Company that I am looking to use I like to see what type of comments they are leaving to determine if they are qualified and safe to use.I believe they give more of an actual reflection on this vs maybe an opinion. Although there are many people who really either like to add comments, letting them have a connection to the site and some just feel better if they see comments for their own comfort level. It also gives the author an idea of the feeling about the content.I think the real research has already been done as it looks like it is an absolute necessity as part of the WA blueprint and that comes from years of success from the Professors.Wishing you success!!

So it's recommended by Kyle and Carson for promoting WA?

I would love to use testimonials on my website: babyboomersinterests.com, but I don't know where to get them and how to use them on my site. Haven't heard any research per say, but have heard that they are effective from other programs I have been in. Let us know what you find out.......Good luck..........Frank

I never cared about testimonials because i know how easy it's to fake it, but the trust is... People really care about, when you promote something and you can provide real proof, you sell !!! Goodluck and if you need my testimonials i would be ok ;)

Yeah, l've considered the counterfeit factor, but I think when their authenic it comes through and people really feel it (and buy based on feeling to a large degree),

Thanks for this post Bryant. I had not thought of a testimonials page but given the nature of my nice (domestic violence), that would be really relevant and beneficial. I'll add one.

I like testimonials to and some members have asked and added testimonials, think Wayne Wallace did

Thanks for commenting.I guess it's a matter of personal taste. From my novice viewpoint a testimonial page would be fine as long as it didn't over clutter the site.

I use testimonials on my website and that works very well.

Is there a way in which your measuring it's positive effect?

I received a link to a post with Kyle talking about the importance of h3 and h4 tags. He presented an example but I still don't understand exactly what defines and differentiate

Excellent question. Limb us has it figured out.

a very good answer from llimbus

the tags headings is very important to your site. In book, chapters have bigger and bold font( say it h1), then sub headings have slightly smaller but still bigger font( say it h2) and so on. In website too, we give importance to certain words and labeled it h1, h2 etc. on the basis of their importance. By doing this, readers as well as search engines knows which are important things in your site. Its not about the size and color of heading tags that matter, its the weight they carry .

anany aLooking at the link that Nathaniell posted, I'm assuming 1, 2, 3 etc... "is" an indication of size and font. So, is it accurate to interpret what your saying as the size and font conveys/indicates their weight or level of emphasis in the mind of the author?

you can interpret in that way too. It is because we always like to highlight the important thing more than other less important thing. So, visually yes.

Thanks for the question Bryant88 and I liked the answer you gave llimbus, and nathaniell. Helps a lot. Understand more abou h tags and their importance. To your success..........Frank

They are ways to break up and organize the content, ie create paragraph titles or subheadings http://take.ms/i6NZR. Some people call them headings, some people refer to them by their size, ie h3 h4 etc
