This is my "snippet" from google webmaster. I'm concerned that Maybe I do not have the correct portion copied into my SEO all in one settings because I am getting conflicting

The snippet is not being displayed in your question.

The only part of the google code that gets pasted into the All in One SEO field is the portion *between* the quotation marks. You need to be sure to include all of the letters/numbers between the quotes. Do not include the quotation mark at either end of the code itself.

could have swore I pasted it, LOL, thats what I get for trying to work while doing this. I will take a look and make sure I got the snippet between the quotes.

Yes, only the text between the quotation marks... I did it today, so I know it ;-)
No quotation mark, no slash, no arrow

Yes, those extra characters need to be removed. The field should end at the last "E" in the code and not include anything after that "E".

Here is a HUGE screen shot that maybe help you see more of the screen and the fact that there is NO visual editor button, there is no way to turn the button back on.

Please check those videos I sent to you, they could help.

HOLY nuts! How could support not have given me that very simple thing to check under edit my profile. Somehow that box was checked that said disable visual editor. Thank you so much Nnamdi. I wasted 3 days trying to figure this out, a lot of extra stress and I contemplated quitting this whole thing out of sheer frustration. I cannot thank you enough. You have all of my gratitude. That video was very helpful and fixed my problem in less than 20 seconds!

There's a few things you can try:
Log out and log in again.
Clear your cache.
Flush the DNS.
Try a different browser.
If you don't understand some of that then just ask Google as the steps differ according to your operating system etc.

If all that fails then deactivate ALL your plugins and see if that helps. If so then activate your plugins one at a time testing as you go to see which one is causing the issue. It could be two plugins don't play nicely together.

If it's not a plugin(s) then try a different theme. It's more likely to be a plugin.

I have done all of those things, some of them more than once, including trying from 2 different computers and my iphone and the same result on each device.

And, if there is any plugin you installed recently please uninstall it and see if things will be back to normal, because plugins can be a problem instead of helping.

It was fine after unchecking that box. I had already tried the plug in thing yesterday and it didn't change anything.

I clearly will never have this issue again. Was I more familiar with Word Press in general from the start I may not have been stuck on this for so many days. It is unfortunate that support would not have had me check that and kept telling me to do things I told them I already did and that it was fine from their end, and that was after I sent them the screenshot showing those buttons missing.

Cool, do not hesitate to ask for help if you have to. We are all here to help one another BarbieLee. Don't give up at the slightest frustration, because you will experience that often but your will to succeed will overcome.

Well I did try asking for help several times in Live Chat and in classroom but in other peoples defense they may not have known anymore about that setting than I did (many people are in same boat I am with being new at this). They certainly tried to help. I'm not going to dwell on that now though I'm just glad I didn't have to rebuild my pages because that would have been rough considering my health concerns with my hands/arms. Thanks again i am forever in your gratitude.

I am very glad to hear that, and yes they couldn't have known more than you did but they still showed concern by trying to help, which is great. So, just go on towards building your online business and never be discouraged. Remember, winners don't quit, because if you had quit earlier you would not have known that the problem was not that big after all and you would have lost the opportunity to build an online business that could liberate you from financial problem.

Thanks Ediberto, but I don't understand what you are saying. Hopefully support will get back to me soon. I sent them the same screen shots so they can hopefully figure out why the options only show up when logged into one site and not the other. I think it may have had something to do with the update to SEO all in one, not sure, but i didn't update my rock site because I haven't been working much on that one, and that one is fine. The only messed up one is the one I was working on and that had the plug in updated. Turning the plug in off however did nothing to fix it.

Hi Barbie, try open two window if you have two site to edit or copy paste to go to other site.. it will lost if you are using only one window to get back the unfinished edit page.
