No-one Wants to Work Hard (not really)
Affiliate marketing is hard work to start with and once established it's necessary to keep plugging away and staying abreast or ahead of things.
Wealthy Affiliate is a prime example.
There's no denying that the team at WA are seriously hard workers and forever delivering top quality training and support.
As a result they have over 1,400,000 current subscribers. That's a phenomenal achievement and a big cash flow.
And then of course there are the WAer's themselves who have been succesful - once they get there they continue to press on and find new and innovative ways to succeed.
But of boy try and get someone who is "desperate' for a job to take a look and be prepared to apply themselves with the potential of no reward in the short term but great rewards and a sustainable business in the long term and it all gets to be "too hard".
6 or 12 Months down the track they are still looking for a job - months they could have spent writing just one bit of conetent a week which would start getting traction!
But of course in their lazy old minds it's now "too late" and they couldn't be fagged to start - although they agree they should have done something 6 months ago.
They really don't want to work - they either want a get rich quick scheme or they want to be paid. Those kind of folk are not suited to affiliate marketing and trying to persuade them is just not worth it.
Look how fast the time flies - it's May already and we are only 8 or so of Jay's live trainings away from the middle of the year.
So how many new posts will you have by the end of the year?
I intend to have a few and ...
That reminds me I have a bit of catching up to do on the SAC as I have only done 1 post (3800 words) to date and a very lengthy WA review.
I have lots to do -

I hear you. Reminds me of those stats when building a networking group. I used to sign up 25-50 to find 5 who would still be there 12 months later. Meanwhile, you keep sharing and posting on your website. It will happen for those who keep working.
Take care,
bill

You know,it's really true. If we could just get money with no effort, that would make many of us happy.
However, the work on here for me has been very fulfilling, and is something I would not have experienced if I hadn't joined. Doing the work keeps my mind alert, and having a goal in here keeps me motivated. It's not such a bad gig.
Have to agree about the full filling work here.
I have surprised myself by thoroughly enjoying the content I am creating with the SAC.
Writing about affiliate marketing seems to come easy to me so it has been fun.
Hey I believe becoming an astronaut pays well and there is really no training required - just hop on a rocket and go to the moon!
Now that is how to aim high. :) :) :)
