Hello! I've recently stumbled upon domain flipping and just want a bit of information. Please personal message me or reply on here if you're experienced in this field .

Yes, adding content and web design and if your site is making commissions already it will definitely add more value to the domain and people will be more likely to buy a domain if its making revenue.
I have no experience but I know this.
Domain flipping isn't nearly as good of a field anymore, in my opinion. It used to be absolutely amazing, but that was what we called the "dot com bubble". Nowadays affiliate marketing is probably the best way to go.

Don't get me wrong, you can definitely do both! It's just that domain flipping isn't nearly as consistent as it used to be. If you "cap out" a niche and your website is getting loads of traffic, you'll make more money from ads and affiliate sales than you will from selling the domain.If you get a really good domain and you can get it sold, though, more power to you! It's great that you are looking into other income options to supplement your current business. That's a mindset of success right there!
I'm doing both as we speak!
I had bought one domain for 12$ and sold it without even trying for 50$
and that got me thinking, what if I attached a website with that domain and then sold it?
So I'm on a quest now to find the people who are domain flipping and it seems like they're either not doing it or if they are they're not sharing their secrets!
No worries though , I mean this is a billion dollar industry, there's enough money for all of us. but I get what you're saying,
You can only sell that domain/website once.
With affiliate marketing you can make countless sales per day.
I'll keep you posted with my findings and thank you for your advice I'm new to domain flipping but when I find something profitable like this I tend to run with it.
