My (second) first week.
After all, in the ideal world, simply having signed up for WA would result in every keystroke thenceforward having resulted in an immediate consequence of unbridled and overflowing rivers of wealth.
I discovered something more about my motivation(s) this time around. Having tried my hand at a few other things in my interim, I return to WA with a sense of relief, gladness, and realism. One of my motivations is nothing more simple than the thought of returning to previous occupations.
There is a good regret there. A regret which means: I won't do that again.
In this week, since re-subscribing, I have com[pleted the first two certification modules to include ALL of the assigned tasks.
And even then some.
The initial training has been restructured since I left, and it makes more sense to me and is more appealing.
There used to be an 8-week boot camp, and now there are 3 modules, with a 4th close at hand.
I have organized my internet browser to include well distinguished folders for various functions: research tools, article submission sites, forums, linking directories, as well as a number of email accounts each of which I can use to create Facebook pages specific to the campaigns in which I'm interested.
I have a website up with backlinks and interlinking. I have been efficiently registering for membership to many the above mentioned types of 'SEO' relevant sites, and can update links and add new material as easy as opening a folder and opening those links all at once into password autosaved websites.
The big difference in the new training is simply that the focus has been radically shifted into simply creating and structuring website content and linking, way before even a hint of how to link it all to possible income or affiliate programs. It is a wonderful change.
Beginning with the 3rd module today, (and having participated recently in a very informative, and free webinar) I am being reintroduced to some old and familiar friends (page rank tools, aweber, hyperlinks,) and am on good terms with some new friends (entire well structured websites with an efficient method for incorporating new content and Google-beloved associations.)
I feel more success than ever before, even though there is an irony in that it is only today that I will begin (again) my first attempts at monetizing my efforts.
I'm really looking forward to my (second) second week.
Thank you for reading.

Thank you flywood. : ) My biggest challenge is being clear in my own mind about purpose. Lot's of activity spent just kicking the ball and then chasing it.
You are far too Intelligent and personable to be out of work very long. If you check my bio you will see that I am retired, but still active professionally Online. After more than 60 years, when I had the time, on the tennis courts of the world I have been relegated to a post behind my computer. This is now where I hold court for hundreds of friends everywhere. Please get back to me if you want to eventually make 500. a day. It takes a little time, but I have many that do make this kind of money, and some make even more.
Thank you Max. Following your comments has left me wondering how directly we are addressing one another. I see that you 'hold court' and are recommending my attention to your suggestions possibly? I am certainly interested in 500/day, and for the excess beyond my personal needs to channel into other interests. So please; let's stay in touch.
Hey Max. Sure glad to have your following. I do many things, far too many to mention in a comment here. I do pride myself as one who is self-motivating, confident, holding a high degree of self-discipline and integrity, and committed to learning IM. One of my strengths is my writing talent...A must in a world where content is king. I'm working on building the "keyword targeted content" presently. A work in progress for me, but one that I plan to master. If you get a chance, read my posts; I'd really like your critique and advice. Thanks again for the follow and all the best to you.

There is actually no harm in making a mistake an correcting it cos that's all what life is about and that's how we make success. Its really good you are back on your toes again and I believe success is just around the corner since you're going through the programs and implementing them. Best of regards to you and your business
Thanks. I know have Wealthy Affiliates that will have coexist with the most ;profitable business I have ever had Online.
Nicely Done! I am glad you are back. You can trust me when I say you are in the right place and at the right time.
Following you gladly! Happy to say, I am making more friends everyday. Just wish I had known about Wealthy Affiliate sooner.
You make it too easy for me. A plan is only as good as the person who is implementing it. What do you like to do?
Great to have you back at Wealthy Affiliate and it sounds like a much more clear mindset this time around. Starting over is something that will benefit you greatly because you will be much more thorough with your training and your SUCCESS will directly be affected by this (in a good way).
I can tell that you are a talented writer just from this blog post, and that talent is going to take you a long way. You will be able to engage your visitors as you have engaged me in reading this 15 paragraph post! Well done.
I look forward to having you around as a long-time member of WA :)
Thanks for the response, but I think you have me mixed up with someone else. I only found out about Wealthy Affiliate a week ago from my long time friend Joe. H. I wish he, or someone had told me about WA sooner.
Thank you Carson; yes things clarifying nicely. : ) Quick question about membership; my account is listed as 'platinum': is that the same level of functionality as the 'premium'?
Yes, Platinum is the same as Premium. A few months ago we switched the wording from Platinum to Premium and there may be a few things kicking around that still reference Platinum. We'll make sure to update your Account settings page so there is no confusion.

Hi August, you are on fire, and you seem more worth a follow than most.
Thank you Paul. Perhaps. I am definitely active when it comes to training and applying that training. Sometimes, I'm reminded of a saying: "it's really simple, but it takes a ton of work to realize how simple it is."
