Entrepreneurship is it in your blood? ,…., como on!!
You are not going to believe that right?….
How in the world would somebody think that entrepreneurship has something to do with genetic inheritance, well not me, not even in my wildest dreams.
Entrepreneurship is a way of living, is a process you can learn, is a bunch of tools and habits that you have to learn how to use them.
Anyone can be an entrepreneur, you don´t need any genetic inheritance. The only requirement needed to be an entrepreneur it´s the will. The will to work every day to achieve your goals.
Once you have the will to become an entrepreneur, you have half the way. Now lets get the other half done.
Although I mentioned that anyone could be an entrepreneur, I also mentioned that you were going to need your will. Your will, your desire to be an entrepreneur, to prepare yourself, because an entrepreneur has to be made, not born, there is not such a thing.
What is not an entrepreneur?
An entrepreneur is not a person who does things without thinking or without planning, that is not an entrepreneur, nor are they people who takes big risks just because they like them and thats the way they live taking risks. Well that´s not an entrepreneur.
What is an entrepreneur?
In the other hand an entrepreneur is a person who take decisions based on analytical and systematic process and take advantage of the risks, but don´t get scare anyone can acomplish this you don´t need to be genius or geek or some body just out this world.
Why do I say you don´t need to be a genius, or some kind of Einstein. Because you just need to be a disciplined person willing to learn new things, learning to use new tools, and one important thing learn to work with a team, if you wan to be an entrepreneur you can work yourself in a project, but if you work with a group of people in that project you´ll have 10 times more success than if you work alone.
Sure you have to take risks, but you have to learn which risks you can take and which ones you just have to walk away from them, thats the difference between an entrepreneur and someone who just believed in lies and crazy stories about some entrepreneurs genius who had succes overnight.
