I built my website but when I filled out the email address I put my personal email because I didn't know that I needed a business email. I opened a business acct email this morn
It will not let you repeat an email. What you can do is make one up temporary. Let's say you are admin with suzi@hotmail.com and your new email is suzi@gettingrich.com
Go into one of your user accounts and give it the email fake@hotmail.com , go to the next account and swap the email addresses over, then go back to the one with fake@hotmail.com and replace it with the now free email address.
As long as you use a proper email format, it will work.
There is an e-mail account connected to your site already thru WA hosting. Use that account on your personal user account and keep the one you want to be notified with on your admin account. I hope this makes since to you. Cause if you get any comments on your site it will automatically notify you on your admin account and then also go to the email set up on WA hosting.
i dont think there is any way to have two user names using the same email address so for two users that would be two emails by default i think. so either way you will have duplicate emails going out because i believe admin will see them and the other user should see them. If you plan on doing most of your posting under the new user and the new user is the one connected with your business email i would just leave it. Though im not sure if there is a way to keep everything going to one place anyone out there know?
As I know, you can easily delete your email account and create a new one. There shouldn't be any problem.

People of WA, I am in need of some tech support please

Alright Ashley. I just went threw thous lessons. And I do have some experience from other programs like this.
1st I am not really sure why Kyle is having us set up a 2nd user for yourself. it is really not needed. You can set up the Authorship and everything else under the admin account.
2nd What you are going to want to do is to make sure that everything under "Name" in the admin profile is filled out, First, Last. Nickname, and most importantly the "Display name publicly as". If you get thous correct the word press editor will recognize you as what ever name you put under the "Display name publicly as", it will register as that under the Google authorship, and everything else.
3rd you can change the email address in the email field to anything you want with the exception of if that email address is being used by another user, so just delete the 2nd user, make the appropriate changes to the admin user, update the profile, and you will be all set. the admin password will stay the same and be documented here under you "build my website" tab. you will not have to remember a different login, And all the authorship and authoring will update to reflect what ever name you put in as "display publicly as".
