Social Media Hoaxes
This is an extremely important topic as again several virus and other warning hoaxes are floating around on WA and social media this week.
I am an advocate against spreading hoaxes on social media and in fact wrote a training about this issue:

There are so many scams out there and you have certainly ethics against fooling people into joining them. So don't you think you should spend time to investigate if a virus or
Facebook paedophile warning you received is true or a hoax? it's not as harmless to spread them just to be on the safe side as you might think. I urge you to read it in order to realise why it can actually really hurt others if you unknowingly spread hoaxes and other kind of false information online.

This is your opinion, which I strongly oppose. One can use social media responsibly too. I am not in the mood for an other fight in the issue, just telling you that Google knows more about you than Facebook ever did. Period.
OH, I know that and that was not what I was referring to..
Everyone on Facebook is on many other social media sites as well.

Yeah, I have always used social media to keep up with friends I have gathered all around the world and family that is scattered all over. Now I also use it to advance my business and it's making an enormous difference!
Hi Mira,
I have a Facebook account, but I don't open things that I don't know or trust. I'm just cautious like that. Thanks for the information. Have a great day, Namaste.
