There are so many scams out there and you have certainly ethics against fooling people into joining them. So don't you think you should spend time to investigate if a virus or
Facebook paedophile warning you received is true or a hoax? it's not as harmless to spread them just to be on the safe side as you might think. I urge you to read it in order to realise why it can actually really hurt others if you unknowingly spread hoaxes and other kind of false information online.
