I am thinkingabout cancelling my WA account, since I do not have the funds to warrant keeping it. I know that if I cancel, I will lose the wa hosting that I currently have. Coul
Absolutely. Go back the same place Namecheap.com where you add hostings, switch hosting back to namecheap dns, your site is still there.
as already shared, you will need to find a new host, namecheap is one option, but not the only option
yes, once you have a new host, you can still keep your site up and running
all the best,
If you decide to cancel your membership, you will have 30 days to arrange alternative hosting. Then she does offer hosting to may find a cheaper deal elsewhere. You can at any point returned to wealthy affiliate is a premium member if you want to.
Hi. Yes, if you cancel your membership, you have 30 days to find alternate hosting. You will need to change the name servers back to Namecheap, if that is who you want to host your site and it will still be up and running.
There's a bit more to it when transferring a website with content than just changing the name servers address. Paula will have to FTP her website content files to the new hosting provider, or make a full backup of her website and upload the files at the new hosting site.
We're very spoiled at WA because when we want to transfer a site to WA from any other hosting service, WA support do all of that for us, they just need the FTP details.
I don't know whether Namecheap or other hosts would necessarily do the same thing, or do it at no extra charge but one can always ask them. ~Jude

Can I return hosting to namecheap and keep my site?

Paula, yes, you can transfer your website to another hosting company.
Namecheap's core business is as a Domain Registrar. But it also offers its own hosting services. Some hosting companies do offer both services
You probably bought the domain name at Namecheap, but your website is currently being hosted at WA.
Your domain name can stay registered at Namecheap and you can find hosting anywhere you wish, or you can go with hosting at Namecheap.
I prefer to keep my domain name registrations separate from my hosting service to avoid issues that can arise when using the same company for both services. Domain registration and hosting are different areas of expertise.
Also see my reply below to Michelle. There is more to moving an existing website than just changing the DNS address.

I have been having issues with Adsense lately, as it recognizes my website, but not my email address. This is only the case on wordpress. As soon as I go directly to adsense, it
Hey Paula. Im just wondering if you resolved your AdSense issue? I noticed you hadn't been answered..? Jamie.
I have not, but I resolved my html issue. So I can post my ads now, but it is very limited.
Sorry to hear no one got back to you...I didn't think I was going to be able to help so I'm glad you had some success yourself. It's a pity it's limited hey. Good on you though.

I had signed up for a webinar, but when I tried to get in, I got an error. I tried going in through the direct WA link, and one for replies I got to a post. Was it just me, or d
Yeah kyle came in and said they had an unexpected down time that lasted a few minutes, it happened last night as well. It is currently corrected but it did affect everyone =)
There have been site problems for a couple of days. I believe that Jay puts the videos out as soon as he can after the Webinar. If you go into Live Video Classes (to your left) later on, you can re-watch it.
