I love this message Andre, thanks for some really important reminders!
I do some mirror work and I love it, I have a large mirror in my working space. I find it very empowering, although initially it was so awkward and felt so strange looking at myself so much.
I find the longer you do mirror work it grows your confidence as you keep taking a check on the thoughts that are running through while looking at yourself. Constantly challenging the mind and turning it around to a better phrase of words.
I think it is not something that people do easy at first no matter who it is!

Thank you Erica, and yes mirror work does feel strange at first and agree it is not that easy in the beginning but one must push through to overcome the internal challenges we give ourselves with the Ego.
But as you said the more you do the stronger and more confident you will be.
I first learned this from Louise Hay and continue to use her guidance in her books and elsewhere.
Doing affirmations at the same time works even better and the more you do the stronger you become within.
Hope you are staying cool today its 35 at the moment here with strong winds and dry heat just to push it further.

Thanks so much Andre :) Yes I have listened to a lot of Louise Hay and I love her work.
I have for sure become stronger since starting this process, it is a challenge for me when I get too tired, my mood will set in to being low and tears can easily well up at that point of the day. But I persist.
For sure it is hot here too in Yeppoon, I have heard we are in for a extra hot summer with lots more bush fires ☹️

Yes Louise is indeed awesome to learn from along with others like Dr. Wayne Dyer and a few others,
Know that your tears are being released to take out what is not needed at the time.
As for the weather to think it is only the first month of Spring and yes they are expecting a very hotter season than that bad one we had in 2019-20 hope not I was stuck at Foster for a few extra days after going to a wedding and remember standing by the beach with one area at the beach with the bush on the edgeline on fire and embers flying towards us and those swimming at the beach.
The main exit to the Hume Hwy was closed and had to go around the long way along the coast to get back to the highway as it was the only exit out
Two hours later on the way home I heard on the radio that last section got closed off too so we were lucky to get out in time.
So for now the air con is on for a bit and hopefully will cool down more later towards the evening so we can sleep comfortably.

Sounds like it was a close call for you Andre, so glad you chose to get out of there in time.
I have actually been hired by a disability company call QDN, to facilitate online workshops for preparing people living with disabilities to get ready for disasters.
It is a real situation we are all facing the need to prepare.
I am making use of a aircon also, as it is far to hard to concentrate when hot.
I appreciate your care also and I am for sure doing my best to always keep looking inside my souls needs.
I have jumped leaps and bounds in the last few years, especially with being part of the WA community and a growing support network around me.

Yes the air con in certainly needed now it is the dry heat affecting the eyes making us tired which becomes hard to focus on.
My furbaby grandson just arriving and will be staying overnight again so My daughter can catch up will some old friends tomorrow.

I went for a walk on the beach here where I live this morning and there was two cute furbabies that ran up to me to say hello, it was so lovely. Some dogs have attacked me in the past due to the owners handling of them to attack me .. So sometimes I can get scared of some peoples pets, but this morning was so nice.
I really appreciate you and so many here at WA it has been life changing for me :)

I remember when I first started out researching Internet marketing, I was all over the place! Thankfully, for anyone joining the Wealthy Affiliate platform, the lessons are really well organised and are 100% trustworthy! That's definitely worth a lot!
I believe that as we start the process of building an online business and we have small successes, we can then start believing in ourselves and grow from there.
Regarding the mirror technique, I think it's also good to remind ourselves that many people have joined the Wealthy Affiliate platform with no knowledge at all. And yet, they have been highly successful, due to the fact they took action! We can do the same.
The continuous improvement mindset sounds brilliant, Andre! We have to remind ourselves that we never stop learning and it is also good fun to learn new things. I never enjoyed school at all, but learning something that I love doing is wonderful!
I do think that far too many members give up far too early. It takes time to grow a business whether it's online or offline! It's important to keep moving forward.

Yes it is Roy and certainly the time difference always isi onen to get used to at the moment it is Monday afternoon here just about 5 pm .
Day has been busy with my furbaby grandson but he is about to go back hom so I can have a bit of rest, peace and eventually sleep proper sleep that is LOL
he just left and miss him already.

The time difference always kind of fascinates me, Andre! It's a fascinating and interesting world! It's nice that you can help your children etc by doing various chores, etc.
So it looks like you are around 11 hours ahead of the UK! We move the clocks back one hour at the end of October, I'm not sure if all countries do the same or not. It also means that it will get darker earlier, which no one enjoys! That's almost the worst part about winter, the darkness!

yep currently we are in daylight savings time now on the east coast except Qld and now we have 5 different times zones.
As far as your time zone yes it will be darker but you get that one hour slept you losted at the start of your daylight saviing.
As far as the kids it is great to help them out where one can this gives my daughter some private time to be with friends and go out as we can look after Roman here and there.
Besides we love having him around and sleeping with me even though i don't sleep that much as a result but worth the time spent with him.
That shows your country's size, Andre, if you have five different time zones!
Yes, we do have an extra in bed for one night, but I must admit I don't like the dark evenings. However, the good thing is that it gives me more time to work on my online business! I always look forward to January as I enjoy watching the days lengthen and signs of spring appearing, despite it being midwinter!
I think it's great when parents are active and they can help their children within reason. As long as the children aren't taking liberties, I believe it has to be a good thing to do and part of life!

Yea there are still many people just don't realise just how big Australia is in fact lay it over the USA and it is just about the same size and also covers most of Europe.
It is nice to have extra daylight but don't mind it getting darker during normal times that is why during the 2000 Sydney Olympics we moved daylight saving earlier so visitors and all alike would benefit from the extra daylight during the games. I loved working there and to me, that was the best job ever.

That's interesting that Australia is almost as big as the US and Europe, quite amazing! I can't remember what your population is, I know it's quite low. In fact, I just looked it up, it's 25.6 million as of 2021!
When you look at the UK, which is small, we have 65+ million people, so per acre, we are heavily populated.
I know what you're saying regarding the darkness, Andre. I look forward to being able to spend more time on my online business in the winter months. That's good that you can look back and say that was the best job ever, it's a good feeling!
