I'm sorry I didn't get to read your post earlier, I would have found a way to cheer you up.

My parents are alive and they are 84 years old, I love them but they are not that close to me. The last time I saw them was eight months ago, I will see them in a month or so.
In the last two years, I don't have much patience, not even for them sometimes.
It really annoys me, I know they want the best for their children.
