Continuously Sharpen the saw instead of New Year Resolution

The year 2016 is winding down. With couple of days left, this is the time when most reflect on activities of the current year to assess what work fine and what actions need to be improve upon to be a more productive person or entrepreneur. Many time you see people coming up with #New year resolutions which fade out within the first couple of months. My suggestion will be rather than making a new year resolution for the sake of yearly tradition why not embrace the Habit of Renewal - Habit #7 of the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People' by Sean Covey.
Continuously renew these four dimensions
- Physical
- Social/Emotional
- Mental
- Spiritual
