Bone Broth Dieting

Lower back pain is quite common for adults and it can affect your physical activity plan.

It is the number 2 reason that Americans see their provider- coming in second after colds and the flu.

Sitting or standing for long periods can cause backaches or back pain. Low back pain can be short-term or long-term; if your pain lasts longer than a month contact your primary care provider.

Many people develop back pain in part because they're overweight or sedentary.

There are ways to prevent back pain. You can improve your posture, strengthen your back and improve flexibility, lose weight, and avoid falls.

  • Do back-strengthening and stretching exercises at least two days a week.
  • Stand and sit up straight.
  • Avoid heavy lifting. If you do lift something heavy, bend your knees and keep your back straight. The best remedy to this is to seek help lifting.
  • Get active and eat a balanced diet. Being overweight places a strain on your back when executing strenuous tasks.
  • Maintain proper posture.
  • Quit smoking.
  • Reduce stress

Some good info here, Anthony! I'm guilty as charged on many of those things! I also have weak knees which doesn't help!

Niche website content should be on your personal website.

    Thanks again for shariing.
