Where Did February Go?
I have been a busy bee listing items on eBay (my day job) and moving websites from Weebly to WA! I have not done much training as of late, but am back in the game! Better late than never. Today is March 9th, 2020. Where did February go?
Taxes
And then there are taxes. I do my own, with the help of Turbo Tax. All my info is entered and now I'm just making little tweaks and reviewing. I do a Schedule C for my eBay business. Last year, my partner and I rented out our house on AirBnB and VRBO for 9 1/2 months and so I'm doing the business taxes for that, which includes filing by mid March and producing a K-1 for that biz.
GoDaddy Bookeeping
All part of the life of a self-employed, do-it-yourselfer! Thank goodness, all my PayPal and eBay transactions are automatically imported to my GoDaddy Bookkeeping app. I couldn't live without it! For the house rental, I had a separate checking account, so all my transactions were in one place. Another good thing to do!
And so, once I file everything, I will have more time for WA! I still have the ideas, passion and energy, just a bit less time! I try to schedule 2 hours a day to reading comments, commenting on posts, doing a little social media for my eBay and Poshmark listings.
Move Stuff Around the Universe
I also have been trying to organize, donate extra stuff and continue to "move stuff around the universe" as I like to say! As a serial consignment seller, so many friends and clients offer me stuff all the time. I am getting a little bit better at saying no and finding top tier items to list and sell!
Sales Made
Today I sold: a Maria Sharapova Tennis Week mini poster, a Red Fox plush stuffed animal, a collectible Golden Gate Bridge plastic cup from the 50th Anniversary, a West Side Story color lobby card with Natalie Wood, a Pablo Picasso print, a 1990s In Style Magazine with Sandra Bullock on the cover and a lot of World's Fair Expo T-shirts. It met my criteria of $100 in sales, but I'm trying to double my own goals to really make some money.
Items Listed
I listed a few higher priced items today: a Scottie Pipen 1998 Chicago Bulls jersey (new with tags), an American Girl Doll Patio Furniture Set, a Nikon battery pack. These items could possibly bring in about 1K! I am happy to keep going through my piles of unlisted items to find these type of gems!
Keep Going!
So back to my writing and training and moving forward. Each day allows me to create new ways to make money! There will always be things in the middle of the path, which may slow my WA plan down. I am still on my journey to make affiliate money! One task at a time, one day at a time!
How is your WA plan working for you these days?

Yes, the eBay businesses certainly keep us on our toes, I've been selling for 18 years and have had a store for about 15 years. I feel your pain, yet eBay is only one of my income streams! About February, I've always wondered why it is the "runt" of the litter!
Yes, eBay is just one income stream for me too, just seems like I have more inventory than usual! Trash into cash as they say! Good question, why is Feb the runt? Moving on into the Spring! Thanks for stopping by Jeffrey! ANNE Z
Good Morning Anne,
You are really busy I must say. I concentrate mainly on writing for my 2 websites, socializing here at WA and some Pinterest and FB.
Spring is here and I plan to spend more time in the garden which is my passion.
Greetings from the south of Spain,
Taetske
Hi Taetske - Don't you find that the busier you are, the more you get done? That's my plan! Love your bio! I am of Spanish Basque heritage and have yet to visit Spain! On my bucket list! Your garden will fill you days with joy and beauty I'm sure. Best to you. Thanks for stopping by! ANNE Z
I have a vanlife friend who is making his living flipping items on Ebay. His source is to go to thrift stores and resale. I can't believe some of the finds that he gets and also how much he is able to make. I respect his freedom and an amazing lifestyle. I would just want better places to poop. LOL
I think it is great you are so organized and goal-oriented. Looking forward to hearing your successes along the way.
I like to flip as well! I sell for myself and on consignment and have had quite a variety of items come my way: from movie producers and sports stars (even a gold medalist!) and regular folks with all kinds of passions. This is one way to not tie up my money since it's of no cost to me to sell their items. I do get stuck with some dogs however. All part of the game when selling online! Thanks for your comment!
