I was updating my site and received this. I am not sure if it is a real conflict or if I am fine using both. All in One SEO and Site maps. I would appreciate any help on the ma

definitely deactivate one of them - you don't want more than one seo plugin creating sitemaps.
this will confuse google which will hurt your seo.
so definitely deactivate one.
good luck

(this is down to the fact all in one seo has activated their sitemap feature by default in the last update)

Been away for a moment and didn't know that AiO SEO does that now. Thanks for the help.

Welcome back Jason - i do remember you from the past...
but all in one has sitemap, and socail meta feauture modules now .
worth checking out the social meta as you can debug fb posts before actually posting in your articles ( down the bottom - a tab in the seo section, after activating hte social meta feature)
but yes all in one can create your sitemap - so you could lose another plugin...if you want to.

sweet. Thanks again. I do appreciate the fast replies and knowledge.

You don’t need three, as you have All in One SEO, you can remove Sitemap Plugin and Google XML Sitemap

I thought Google XML is how I send a sitemap to Google. Does All in One do that instead? Thanks

AIO has the Sitemap feature and you provide that URL in the Search Console

I think I submitted the one with the google XML to google analytics. Do I need to resubmit using AIO or does it auto do it do you know?

You will have to resubmit unless you want to deactivate the Sitemap feature in AIO, meaning you’re left with 2 plugins. It’s advised to only have the one.

Will do. Thanks
