Follow The Leader
My community at WA, you get to view this before I put it on my Nature Teaches website.
Since joining the online income and online business industry in 2015 one encouraging yet misleading posts I see people do, especially on Facebook is people saying they don't want followers but leaders on their team, or looking for leaders.
At first I was all gun ho about it followingly blinding in agreement. Yea that's right. I'm a leader. Though I'm the quiet, in the background type leader. However now i do not agree and realize they are missing the natural order, the process of leadership. I don't know whether they skip it, don't think about it, or they themselves forgot.
You cannot be a leader without first following, being inspired, motivated, by someone or something. Now I innerstand people are born with what is called that natural leadership ability or personality. They still had to and will eventually follow someone or something that teaches them how to be the best leader that they can be in their area, choice, position, or action.
Someone is always watching, following us. And we are always leading someone or something. Even if we don't intentionally know about it or meaning to.
I hope I can pass this message and understanding along so that people don't feel worthless, lack self confidence, or doubt question, who they are because they don't meet the people, not the the industry, the people's definition of being leader, what it means, or what it looks like. It's not a cool feeling or process to go through in the heart and mind. Speaking from personal experience.
Wealthy Affiliate is a prime example. We all start as followers in this platform. Getting to know it, learning from it. Then as we grow we begin to help others. Even if it's as simple as answering questions about where to start, or personal advice. It's a healthy give and take, lending a helping hand, helping yourself helps others, helping others helps yourself CYCLE. And that is what's needed and most times missing between human relationships, interactions, and business.
And still part of The Great Circle of Life when it comes to finance, economics, business, and most importantly...people.
