Another scammer reported

Some dishonest "people" are still trying to use WA for their spam activities. I noticed a link on the home page with the text Mercedes Cars Only. There was a picture and under it the text "Mercedes Benz cars for sale on SA".
This clearly looked to be spam so I clicked the link https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/nickmaimela/blog/mercedes-ca... and indeed it was just spam.
I did what I had to do: clicked the wheel and then clicked "report spam".
The owner was just new, he became a member on November 8th and it was the November 12th.
Not a premium member, no further info, clearly here to spam WA.
I hope his account will be closed because I hate spammers (being spammed and scammed too many times already).
It would be nice if more members will report him for spamming, we don't need these "useless members".
The internet is full of spammers, scammers and other dishonest people and that need to stop!

While I understand and share your concern this is a new member that would have joined just about 4 days ago. As such I would prefer to provide guidance at this stage rather than just shutting him up.

If after that he continues in the same vein I will definitely agree with you and say he is not her to be productive.

I believe everyone is entitled to a second chance.

Agreed!

Hi - although, of course, I agree we don't want any spam here, I am not sure that was the intention in this case. He has built a website and has responded to Kyle saying he is interested in the business. It may simply be that he aspires to own a Mercedes, there was no link within the post.

I have been searching but I can't find any website, nor other info about this person. So to me this is still spam! Can you show me the name of the website? (If there is a website then I have to remove my message)

If you look at their profile, they have acquired the website badge, which means they have built a website using the WA platform. It is not possible to view it, just the same as you can't view any other member's site unless they add a link to it on their profile.

I suggest you remove your comment from their post. It is unacceptable to call a brand new member "a useless person". He has set up his profile page by adding his photo, and has interacted in discussion with Kyle.

Indeed Diane. I certainly didn't see that.
