Okay, so I have a hard time finding images of my niche for my website.
Would it be okay to get an image from Pinterest or something and in the caption include where I go
Hi - when you get to the stage of joining affiliate programs, they will supply you with images of specific products.
Until then, no, definitely don't use Pinterest. You don't know who owns the original copyright of the image.

I advise you don't use images from Pinterest, people do get into legal tussle using such images.

No you shouldn't take from pinterest without permission from the owner of the image. Have you looked in the images here on sitecontent?
Yes and I didn't have any luck my niche are massage guns and I was able to find images of general massage guns but fo my recommendations I'm having a hard time finding those specific Images

If you go to site content on here you have access to over 1 million images just type in your keyword and they will appear
