Your Content and Your Deeds Speak For You

Last Update: November 16, 2018

One of those very interesting weeks, since coming to the online world when is a week not interesting, without trying to preach to the choir, is it not a world of endless opportunities and possibilities only limited by our imaginations and desires to seek out new experiences and new and exciting outcomes.

We always encounter stumbling blocks, that is life its self sometimes, no matter where we are on our journeys there will always be things that present that will cause you to pause and take stock, figure out and move on or not as the case may be.

I kind of roll with this theory that when things are needed they kind of appear, whether it be solutions, people, ideas, situations, a lot of times we can actually miss things unless they are that kind of hit you over the head with a hammer style of things.

Well, we are here at WA so I rest my case.

The other night I was at a venue, an award's ceremony of sorts, I had encountered the guy presenting the awards and presenting the keynote speech. Like all events of this type, folks are mingling and sampling wine and nibbles and making that polite social engagement, some folks are working the room and some folks are there just soaking up the atmosphere prior to the official part of the evening.

Well, the keynote guy sees me and comes charging over shaking my hand, all excited, turns out I had a big impact on his life and life direction, back in the day.

It was one of those random times, the presentation was about to start the dignitaries were standing around, and here's the keynote guy fizzing, folks are standing there with that who on earth is this guy and where does he fit into the scheme of things look on their faces.

Even after the event walking around the room, you get the sideways look, folks are trying to work things out, is this guy worth knowing, what's his game.

I had to stop and take stock, it was about 30 years ago that I had come into contact with this person, they were at the beginning and now they are at the top of their game and some, all of us just make our way through life and a lot of times when our words are spoken they are just left behind us and forgotten, like so many things, people, places, times and events, our worlds take on that inevitable nowness.

We think that we do not impact, the truth is that all of us do and a lot of times we don't realize that we do. We can be so consumed with just living, our own gigs that many things just slip past without recognition.

So the upshot is that no matter where we are in this journey our words and deeds speak for us, you may be just starting out and have a lovely little site with not much on it or you may have a site with mega posts on it.

When we step up and step out that process is magnified.

If we think about it every time that we tap on the keyboard and push that publish button we are in fact dropping a pebble into someone's pond of still water.

That pebble will set a thousand waves in motion, we do not see them, they do create outcomes, depending on the energy that we are expressing they can be good outcomes, not going to dwell on the flip side of the coin.

Sometimes those waves will travel to the foreign shore and then at some stage, you may see them return to your horizon.

All of us are blessed with gifts, sometimes part of the journey can be figuring out what our gifts are and the best way to use that energy.
The key is that if you are engaged and creating online then you are a "change maker". At times, it may not feel like that, but it is true.

At every stage, you are sharing a little piece of your self and if the intent is in the right place, you are amassing an invisible fortune, which is worth way more than money in the bank.

The crazy thing about it is that if we bring and share value, it does bring money even without thinking about it, our lives, our worlds, and our universes just have a really strange way of working sometimes, that is the way it is.

So get to it and start dropping those pebbles in the mill ponds, of your readers, family, friends, and associates, one thing for sure;

Your content and deeds will speak for you in your absence, so keep creating, and if it is not working, then just create and give more.

Thank you for reading.

Alex Evans.

Hi Mitch,

Thank you for your response, it is true that we don't really l know how we impact on other folks as we all journey along, it was a chance encounter for me one that got me thinking.

The thing is that in creating a blog we are indeed reaching out and if we bring value with our content we are helping folks whether it be in product knowledge or motivation.

In a way, we are tipping the scales in everyone's favor.

That is well said C and P, like the butterfly effect of the chaos theory, there can be a sensitive dependence on initial conditions or events in which a small change can result in large differences at a later date or stage.

We all of us have so much to offer and ideas that are put into action do have the ability to create a lot of change, not only for the person creating the conditions for that change but also for the person receiving the communication.

Ideas can have a life of their own for sure.

Hi C and P
How's life going for you guys down in Manta.

It is surprising how life flows at times, we look at things being disconnected there seems to be a connection in everything that we do. At times we are made aware of these connections.

Thank you for dropping by.
