We don't like you!
Isn't it ironic, most of the larger online platforms had this aversion to some keywords; they were intense in policing any indiscretions.
Some at the top of the list free home business opportunity, free work from home opportunity, the list goes on. It is a niche where there are more than a few scams, but as we witness here in Wealthy Affiliate, some guys involved are integrity plus and continue to create content that delivers so much value. In a short time, the global landscape has dramatically changed. Everyone will have to change.
We are grappling with a situation where more and more people are struggling with home confinement, a landscape where there is much uncertainty. We all need to be working to generate money to live.
The story of the two Steve's.
Steve, number one;

"Yeah, came across this site looks pretty good, full training on how to create an online business based on blogging from the looks you get the resources to do it as well."
" Be careful there are so many scams out there."
"I know, but, hey, no credit card required, and you get free lessons and can get to build a website to try things out."
" Think I will give it a crack, what do I have to lose."
"You know my thoughts, get into it, and do it as quickly as you can. "
Time is all we have!
No matter what the situation, all we have is time. How we invest, it is what makes the difference. Given life events, at the moment, many are in or having that conversation. The two Steves would be reflective of what is happening to some degree, all around the world.
We are all grappling with what is evolving in this rapidly changing situation. Some people cocoon and some will front foot it. It can be one of those times when it is so easy to get caught in the middle. Making a transition can be hard at the best of times. I guess it could be defined as life.
Time for a change.
For people who are already here, investing, your time has come. We are the first movers, creating an opportunity for people to create change. Because in history, most significant change is forced on us. By nature, we like to take the path of the least resistance; it is hard-wired into us; comfort is what we seek.
Sometimes things only come around once; I do not want to belittle the events that are happening in the world. Survival is a strange beast; we only know what we will do or are capable of when events confront us. We can say what we will do, yet it is the only refection that determines if we took or made the right decisions.
In the stream of life, there is a natural ebb and flow, knowing when to go hard out and when to pull back is an experience intuition.
With the twentieth of the month knocking on the door, I am sure that many businesses will be glued to their online bank accounts looking for those life-sustaining deposits. For many, they will not be coming.
Many businesses will be waiting for those customers to walk through the door?
There has been a dramatic shift, what was has now become defunct, but in ruins, there is the renewal.
The Home Economy
The home economy is going to go off. When things go haywire, change is born, not necessarily a natural reaction; events force it on us.
Out of what was, there will be many innovations as people adapt and look at creating change. In these times, we need to be nibble.
Somethings you will have to let go of, that can be a hard primarily if you have invested time and money, and have skin in the game. We have been developing a business as a service provider to the Airbnb sector, invested in the creation of a product which we are getting ready to launch. Timing can be everything, this time it is off.
It has been a frantic week.
In the online world, I genuinely believe that the time we invest is one of the best investments that we can make. In these times, it can feel a little crazy out in the trenches.
Time to double down, time to go hard out sure you may take a hit, somewhere in your online endeavors, take the long term view. The business has always been a mindset thing; if you think about it, we are in a unique position being here in Wealthy Affiliate.
Primed and ready to go, no matter the situation.
Time to become a first-mover if you are not already.

Good afternoon Alex,
The world is in upheaval and we all have to realize it will look quite a bit different when it gets back to normal and that may take a really long time.
In the meantime, Mother Earth is so happy to get a rest from her virus=humans. The air is getting cleaner and in Venice, the dolphins come back to the lagoons. I hope it will stay like that as this could very well be the last wakeup call humanity gets before it is too late.

Everything has a silver lining and some things are sent as that wake-up call. Once we all get over the shock and upheaval, people are sitting and watching and many realizations are dawning.
If we are honest the only thing that will save us and the planet is massive changes and they are being forced on us.
One of the major realizations that we need to make is that we can not be continually focused on growth, that is what has caused and is causing many of the issues that we face.
It is a breath of fresh air to breathe fresh air.
This a story that you may be interested in I had some clients that had a dairy farm milking 1300 cows, you would think money, money, money, not so many cows were sick, the staff were not happy they needed massive feed inputs to produce the milk, lots of irrigation to grow the grass to feed the cows that were by and large in poor condition.
Light bulb moment!
They cut the herd to 500 cows, logic would say that production would go through the floor and that they would go out of business.
Not so!
The cow's health improved, the staff were happy and all the extra costs required to produce the milk previously went way down.
A more humanistic approach.
Milk production went through the roof.
I like telling people about that, it kind of reinforces that false logic that we are running with. What we accept is not the way we should be operating. That goes across the board, in this situation imagine what the bank had to say about this plan to reduce cow numbers.
Moving forward we do not have to change, much to make massive change and we can all start by simply changing our own back yards.
Seeing dolphins in their natural environment doing their dolphin thing is such a buzz and something to be cherished.

I loved that cow story. How happy they must have been with this change.
Mother Earth can provide for us all but as we have caused serious disbalance these last 100 years things have gone wrong.
Now we are forced to calm down and reflect and then, hopefully, we will make a fresh but more sensible new start.

Frantic week. That might be an understatement. Life changing week for the WHOLE World. Confusing.
On my little farm, the extra time has been a welcome blessing.
As I was trying to sleep, I find myself feeling the need to urge start warning people to watch out for the all of the scams that are popping up.
Yes....it is time to be a first-mover. Those of us already involved in affiliate marketing have already gotten a head start. We also need to let people know that WA is not one of the scams. It can be a source of hope for those willing to work.

These are crazy times for sure. And I think you're right about the new "home economy". Now is the time to start adapting to the change whether we want to or not. It may soon mean the difference between the haves and have nots. Especially if we're going to be dealing with this for the next 18 months, which was one of the latest projections making the rounds in the media.
With the news from Italy today about the mortality rate and the number of deaths there, I think we're going to see things get a lot tougher (in terms of being homebound) here in the U.S. and some other places.
Quite ironic with gas prices falling below $2 a gallon. All that cheap gas and nowhere to go!

Depending on how long it takes things to normalize, will have a direct effect on every aspect of our lives.
Here in WA we are well placed to help with the transition.

Not happy about how it is happening. It would be better if circumstances were different...but we deal with it the best way we can.

Hi Bob, I have to agree with you, change is happening at a rapid rate, I have taken a couple of beatings it is all about getting up and dusting ourselves off.
Once we wrap our heads around the situation there is a world of possibilities before us. Being here in WA does allow us to be on the front foot moving forward.
How things develop will be the million-dollar question, everything has been tipped on its head.

The time is now and the timing is now. So many many people are going to be looking at starting to make money online. They are already having conversations of why cant I just stay home and make money because I want to not because my boss is telling me too. We at wealthy affiliate know what to look out for so we dont get scammed but so many do not and will be wasting thier hard earned moneys.It is up to us to teach them...give them the knowledge they need.
