Issues logging into the new WA platform Try this.
Login issues;
Hi Guys, there may be a few issues logging onto the new platform on desktop /laptops; it seems that it is okay on mobile.
The easy way which worked for me;
- When the WA home page comes up, instead of hitting the login button in the page body.
- Click on the button top right of the page and enter your account email and password. It should take you right in.
The next time you log in, it should be fine.
Account Settings, may need adjustment.
I also have noticed that you may have to update your billing address and subscription details in your account settings, so that the system will recognize you.
For access, just click on your profile picture top right-hand side of your WA home page as per the old system; account settings from the drop-down menu. Up date your details and save changes.
You may also wish to adjust your email notification settings at the same time. Just uncheck or check as the case may be the email notifications you want to receive and then save changes.
A brilliant update will bring real value to the platform, and look forward to the coming months. Very streamlined.

Still a problem for me and it's worse. Now, after attempting to login, I'm unable to access my account via email delivered wa links.
While trying to clear my notifications, using my cell, I inadvertently touched something that affected the ways I receive the alerts.
This morning, I tried to log in and cannot back door access my account as previously mentioned.
Am communicating with site support.
So far, it's okay.
From a UX (user) point of view, the header tabs with an arrow should drop down on hover, not a click. Ditto for icons on right of header.
My premium axxess:
As a premium member that was grandfathered in before the recent price increase, some of the premium options that were included, seemed to have changed according to the current list of premiums options.
Perhaps a legend could be included to help decipher the icons used next to each item. Which, on the website column, the icons either need some padding or the blank spaces need a checkmark.
Overall, it is fast, runs smoith.
This actually worked for me!! Thanks for posting this. For some reason SiteSupport apparently doesn't know this trick. They have been trying to help me for hours. Long story short, I submitted a ticket since that was the only way I could reach anybody while I couldn't login.
I can't update my address and billing information though. It keeps telling me to input my street address and country, which I have done, but it won't save the information.
Oh well, we're getting close to functioning.
Worked for me as well Steve, with all major updates there are always glitches.
It is going to be a huge step forward.
Hi Alex. Am I missing something? I understand the interface looks different, but did they do anything besides move the menu from the left hand side, to the top? Oh and the "Upgrade" button 🙂
It's all the same information right, just looks different?

This issue now has been completely resolved, it was a complicated one and was difficult to track down. But we have gotten to the bottom of it now and all should be sorted. If anyone has an issue, please report to us right away! :)
Excellent news, the new design is fantastic. The only other usability issue I see is the Site Content Section needs to be nudged down a bit to account for the sticky header. This may apply to other sections as well, but the Site COntent toolbar is getting lost at the top when you scroll down.
Hi Kyle, This is now the second day in a row that I'm having login issues after the new version of WA went live. This is becoming frustrating now and it's taking a lot of time before the login is successful. Attached is the screenshot below that gets stuck at 'Logging In...' and after a few seconds brings me back to the Login screen. It seems like this problem is still not fixed so please look into it once again. Thank you.
