Hi
You need paste the whole link in the text interface of your block editor How To Add A WA Banner To A Post Or Page
You may need to empty the browser cache, refresh and try again. Try URL in a different browser or mobile device.
You can also empty servers cache.
Websites > Site Manager > Details > Sitespeed > Empty site cache
If this still displayed broken I would follow on docs | support of your advertiser.
Thanks a lot for explaining in detail. I tried all your steps and the link still shows as broken (shown below).
I wonder if this is a problem on the advertiser's side as these links are also showing as broken when I access them directly from their affiliate platform dashboard. I'm not sure of the exact reason as this is my first time getting this problem.
For now, I have contacted both the advertiser and the platform's customer support. As and when I get their response and find any success in fixing this problem, I will update this thread.

Update:
After trying all the steps like using a different browser, turning off ad-blocker, clearing cache and contacting affiliate support, what I discovered was that the reason I was seeing broken image ad links was because of my Bitdefender anti-virus program.
Bitdefender's web access control feature was denying access to all affiliate images from showing on my WordPress blog after trying to enter them through the 'Custom HTML' block.
Settings updated on Bitdefender. Problem fixed.
