Disrupt Yourself

One of the keys to bringing about some change is to disrupt, be disrupted and find new ways of moving yourself forward. It kind of sounds counter intuitive.

In our modern world, there is so much disruption, by way of explanation it is a disturbance or problem which interrupts an event, activity, or process. We are so used to that comfortable sameness, it makes life flow.

At times in our lives, we seek out change at certain times it seems to be hard-wired, some folks say opportunity only comes once in a lifetime, so when it does jump on its back and ride that tiger, see where it takes you. If you do not opportunity can be a fickle servant and simply disappear, not to return for a long time, it will pass you by.

That is its nature,

Thinking about it, if you sit there and think of everyone that you know how many, or not many if any could do what you are doing, pursuing affiliate marketing and carving out an online career.

We all had a reason to come to the online world and there are a varied number of reasons as there are folks striving to create something that will help them to enhance their lifestyles.

This is kind of a confession refection post, I am continually surprised by Wealthy Affiliate there doesn't seem to be a day go by where I do not learn something new or stumble across some new " tib bit "of information that will help me take things to the next level, my level is only just above sea level so it isn't at a very high altitude, the thing about life is that we all need to keep on learning and definitely we need to remain active.

So armed with the knowledge and resources that are supplied with the membership my confidence and knowledge continues to grow.

I am not sure how you arrived here in the first place, I kind of stumbled through the door, to be honest, so it wasn't some well thought out and choreographed plan, haphazard to say the least. When I first arrived I used to look at the folks that were here in awe, I was so impressed at their achievements and ability to express themselves and their ability to just create so much and be successful.

In the beginning, I sort of realized that I wouldn't pull any rabbits out of the bag anytime soon, the one thing that sustained me in the beginning was that I made this promise to myself that I was never going to give up, so long after the folks that I knew stopped asking how this online thing was going, and way after I had expended hours upon hours with little or no return.

There was a little flash, a spark, an ember, a little fire.

As we know if a fire has a little bit of fuel or fuel to burn, it doesn't take long to become a raging bonfire.

Bonfires are cool there is something primal about them, almost therapeutic. Especially if you have the opportunity to burn rubbish, I realize that may not be a possibility in the geo-location where you live as we become more attuned to the needs of the collective environment.

Still good fun though.

I am not sure how you view Wealthy Affiliate, as many members there are there will be just as many views and opinions. One thing for sure, I guess that Kyle and Carson must just pinch themselves some days to make sure that they are not dreaming about what they have created, it is such a dynamic platform and in a way, the learning is so subtle and it also extends way beyond creating websites, in a way it is about creating the opportunity for us as individuals to grow and develop the really cool thing is that we may not even be aware because we end up living it.

Now that is something to dwell on!

The ethos that forms the foundation of Wealthy Affiliate is that essence of paying it forward, it has its own language and it can take time to learn and understand that dialect.

Well worth spending time and reflecting on it.

In terms of the online industry, it is unique, it is a disruption, so in a way the folks that follow along, immerse, craft and create are disruptors.
It has been a rather interesting week you know the ones we have periodically.

We can get so much from being exposed to the platform, at the start of the day when the sun is rising it is about making money, after all, that's what it is all about is it not?

At the end of the day sitting under the tree, sitting watching the sun going down, those last rays of the suns' warmth that surreal light it has morphed into something completely different.

Something that money cannot buy.

At the end of the day, you have disrupted your self.

Boom.

If you read you may get something, this post may speak to you, find your tree and sit under it with a cool drink and reflect, you may be well down the track of disrupting yourself already.
