A while back, I applied to Amazon Associates for one of my book blogs. Due to lack of sales, my time as an associate expired. :-(

You're essentially good anytime if you are Using Amazon KDP. As for being an Amazon Associate, you need to have lots of quality content promoting things before you can expect to gain traction, in my opinion!

You would normally need content and traffic before applying for affiliate programs.
For Amazon, you still need to satisfy the quota of doing three sales in 180 days.
You're essentially good anytime if you are Using Amazon KDP. As for being an Amazon Associate, you need to have lots of quality content promoting things before you can expect to gain traction, in my opinion!

Yeah, that was my whoopsie. I thought I had enough content and engagement. lol nope! XD
