Yes I just said GREATASTIC.

I just want to highlight the great community feature within WA.

Wealthy Affiliate represents great community spirit which encompasses people helping each other in the various aspects like through training, live chat, private messaging, etc.

I really and truly would like to highlight the aspect of teamwork and what it can mean to a new user or even a senator here at WA.

I do not know about anyone else but personally, the way how WA is set up. It motivates me.

Seeing the progress of people who started around the same time as myself motivates me to keep on going !

Also no matter how fast or slow one is at adapting and learning, the training tutorials given to us also helps us to see where others are, who are at the same level of training that you are at. This is motivating and also gives me no need rush and do stuff. This is no 100 meter race. There will always be people at the same level that you are !

When I was in school and I was in a class with children who did their homework and studied. I tended to do much better than when I was in a class where there was an environment opposite to that.

What I am saying is. People react differently to different environments. Here the environment is about helping, teamwork (direct or indirect) and productivity. This environment encourages work and encourages hard work.

What happens to those who put in their work?
