A newbie's first post - you're not alone.just keep pushing through!
Hello all you amazing WA superstars!! I joined WA just under a week ago. I went premium less than 24 hours later. At first, I was fueled with excitement, curiosity and optimism. A few hours in with the training and I was overwhelmed and frustrated. There was just so much information to take in. Then the doubts started to creep in and I began to question whether or not I had made the right decision. In an effort to keep from throwing my laptop down my driveway out of pure frustration....I walked away from my laptop for a day and then came back and started over. Yes! there is a lot of information. Yes! there is a lot to learn. Yes! everyone keeps telling you to refer back to your training and keep pushing along with it. What I personally found that helped, was to move through the training and not get too caught up in ensuring that it was all sinking in and making sense. I just kept pushing through and taking in what I could. The beauty of the training is that it is always there as a point of reference. As you begin to get through the steps of starting your online business, you can always go back to a training module to assist you in the area you are currently working on and trying to understand. It does all begin to make sense and you have a lot of AHA! moments. Instinctively you start to remember bits of information you read earlier that prompts you to go back to a learning module. The best part? This community is AH-MAZING!!! Don't ever feel unsure or embarrassed to ask for help. There is always someone more than happy to assist you or point you in the right direction. There is a real sense of belonging and value in this community and I feel so incredibly blessed to be here. Yes, there are still moments of frustration and uncertainty for me, but I know this is where I need to be and I'll keep moving forward and working as hard as I can for I have three little girls relying on me to change our life.
Just don't lose track of "why" you came here and that will drive you to stay committed!

O so very true. I even have my favorite lessons that I visit frequently. I am glad you are still giving it a go.
That is exactly the way I see it, Alex-Sofia. You always have to focus on the "why".
If someone has a strong enough reason, he/she will go through any difficulties.
So, never give up, just keep going!
All the best,
Eliane
