If you want to get more traffic to your website, you might want to get a Pinterest account.

Websites that count with a Pinterest account can benefit from getting more traffic.

1. Set a clear goal.

To know what your goal is will make it easier for you to make a plan of action so you can work on your PINS with that goal in your mind.

2. To know that Pinterest is the 4th main source of traffic to websites and blogs.

3. Name your boards correctly.

You can use your keywords to name your Pinterest boards, so your readers and clients can find you.

4. Take a moment to pick the right image for each board,

Remember Pinterest is a visual Social Media, work on the image for every board, this will make it easier to your readers to know why they want to read more about your content.

5. Place on the first row the most important boards for your business or your website.

People tend to look at the first board row in your Pinterest account, if they don't find what they are looking for, they will jump to the next Pinterest account on your niche.

6. Write a Pin description.

Take your time to write a description to every Pin, use your keywords here.

7. Reply to every comment.

Comments are important here too, be sure to reply to every comment you get.

8. You need to PIN on Pinterest every single day.

If you want to use this Social Media you need to be consistent here too, pin every day and Pinterest will open that magic door and will let visitors see your content.

Focus on your niche or on your business.

9. Remember to share your Pins on Social Media.

I have always wanted to know how to use Pinterest, had an account for a while now and seem to have gotten no where with it but, with you clear advice I think it can work now.

I have also heard from other bloggers that pinterest works for certain niche. I don't know how true that is but thank you for sharing...I will give this a try once I am up and running...

Very well said and makes it so clear and thank you
