when can I put an affiliate link on my content before or after I get Indexed by Google?
The site is yours, co you can affiliate links when ever you like. Be careful where you add them and that they are relevant to your content

Laurie's advice is spot on. No need to wait to put your WA links in. Some affiliate programs will decline you if you apply to them too soon - that is before you have enough to content on your site, and traffic to your site.

Other affiliate links can be added as you join affiliate programs.

I've experimented doing it both ways, as well as waiting to see if posts would rank on page 1 faster without affiliate links and I haven't found any noticable difference. You can definitely add them right away if you'd like.
