Your training advises you when to add new articles in your website. Since we all move at our own pace, there is no right or wrong answer. If you want results sooner, then go through the training faster. If you are patient and don't mind waiting longer for results, then proceed at a slower pace.

From your comments, my feeling is that you have decided to go slow. Your results will take a bit longer then.

If you followed the lessons on how to use low competition keywords to use in your title and how to incorporate them within your writing, you will get indexed by Google. However, Google looks to see how serious you are in building your website. If you have little content, then they are most likely not going to index your pages as fast.

I found out that by writing a lot of content, my pages got indexed within one to three weeks.
