Oh, my gosh! I am shocked! :-o
It took me more than two weeks to write my latest post and I finally published it two days ago. I consider it my debut in serious online posting, contaning a good amount of photos and clipart, and detailed content that - hopefully - will be of use to one or the other.
So at last, I was ready to move on to the next class in the Certification training. Exciting! I finally got to the point where class was about Google Analytics and getting real with the social media. I spent almost the entire weekend selecting who to follow, looking for followers and uploading pretty pictures of the ideal size to Pinterest.
Next, I was curious to see how my new post ranks. I entered the low hanging fruit that I created the post around and... my website shows up on the first page! How encouraging!

That's great achievement, and you should be proud of yourself writing your 1st blog.
Is never easy on the 1st, as you are still exploring with what should be done, and what if I do it this and is wrong ... etc.
You are on the right track with photos & pictures to compliment the details for easy reader visualization.
Remember Content is still important for google algorithms search.
Keep it up, and Best to your Internet success.

Thank you!
Let me know what you think?
WOW great post. You have so much information there. I have a friend in Italy who has a site about the area he lives in. Tourist site with holiday information same as yours. He makes enough to live on just from the hotel booking commissions.
You will do very well. Cheers Kev
Thanks for the encouragement, Kev! Good to hear that your friend is doing so well on booking commissions alone! Suriname does not get half of the tourists that Italy gets, but I will keep my hopes up and the information flowing. :-)
May not get as many visitors but there is a lot more competition. You will do well. Trust yourself. Cheers Kev
