Hi Everyone,

I hope you had a great week, and are looking forward to a relaxing weekend ahead!

I had a great week at Big Business Events with Adam Stott, Ross Temple Jim Francis and a new trainer called Benergy from BBE.

Benergy gave us a day´s training about Youtube and how you can monetise it in 25 ways! I had not realised there were so many ways to monetise Youtube, but now that I know, i am keen to explore more of these possibilities.

I am also attending more training over this coming weekend with Benergy about Youtube monetisation.

I have 4 youtube channels at the moment called Alpus Group, Alpus Property Development, Businesses To Start On A Shoestring and Nature and History Of Mountains. They each have subscribers and are growing but I would like to be able to take each of these channels to the next level in terms of subscribers and viewing time, and also monetisation.

In the past I have followed some other gurus from the UK, primarily Jeremy Mason and Ricj McMunn, both of whom are successful with Youtube, each in very different ways.

Jeremy is a video production guy with a long track record in the video and film production industry.

Rick McMunn is more of an online marketer, but one thing they both have in common is their association with Simon Coulson´s Internet Business School in the UK.

Rick focuses on different types of employment careers and interviews for jobs in these industries. It is a very narrow focus niche and he gets a lot of views and earns around $50k per month from his video channels on Youtube.

Other mentors that I have used in the past have been Roope Kiuttu from Wealthy Affiliate who is a prolific youtube video generator especially in the Make Money Online and Crypto currency niches.

The main lessons from Benergy at the weekend were about the 25 different ways in which you can monetise Youtube, especially the use of Youtube Ads which are extremely powerful.

You can create lookalike audiences in the same way that you can do on Facebook, and also retarget people with the right attributes using Youtube ads by retargeting.

You can even get increased brand awareness using Youtube shorts for FREE, yes really!.

In addition to Benergy we also got a great presentation from a top sales trainer called Nick Staab from the UK, who i had heard before.

All in all it was a 2 day even well worth attending and I am looking forward to dramatically ramping up my leads and conversions after this event.
