Assets For Life Awards NIght - Hall Of Fame Entry

I hope you all had a good week?
Yesterday evening I attended the Assets For Life Awards Night held at the Braxted Park Hotel in Essex England. Assets For Life is a property and wealth education company based in Essex, and was founded by Liam Ryan and Jay Munos around 10 years ago.
At that time Liam Ryan's company had just gone into liquidation with debts of more than $400k, so Liam was not in a good place either financially or mentally.
Liam invested in property mentoring and undertook a crash course in property investing so as to make himself some new cashflow streams.
During the last 10 years Liam and his partner Jay have created a big training and education company that has grown to now employ around 50 people all working in the property and wealth education space.
Every year there are awards for the best of different categories and this gives a big boost to students of AFL, who are recognised for their achievements in their chosen speciality.
There are 10 different "verticals" or funnels for property as well as public speaking and sales, including the following academies led by their own experts as Academy Leaders:
- Property Development with Andy Hubbard
- Commercial Conversions with Mark Stokes
- Serviced Accommodation With Ross Mallalieu and Rebecca Petron
- Public Speaking with Liam Ryan
- Sales with Nick Staab
- Be Your Own Bank with Phil Elder
These various academies are supported by specialist mentors in different fields of expertise, so all in all there are in the region of 100 people staffing and supporting these academies.
These experts enable the coaching, mentoring and education from AFL to be world class and to get great results.
Altogether around 300 people attended the AFL awards ceremony and the different awards took several hours to complete.
After that the dance floor and casino and bar opened and there was a great party for everyone there.
I enjoyed the night as I came away with 3 awards:
- Social Media
- Top Mentee
- Hall of Fame for raising £100k + in joint venture finance.
There were some amazingly talented people at the awards night and there were some incredible achievements by the various students in different academies.
It was a a really eventful and enjoyable night out!
At the end of the evening, Liam Ryan announced a free 3 day event for all the attendees at the awards night, when he will be presenting some new strategies that he has been working on to create multiple streams of income, it was a very generous gesture from a great leader of AFL.
