5000 Subscribers And Growing For MMOL/Bizop

I am pushing forward with content in all my niches and playing catchup with the Low Cost Business Startup Niche, however I think soon it could overtake my property niche.
This is because worldwide I think Make Money Online of Business Opportunities have a more universal appeal.
Property is associated with having to find big lump sums for deposits on property purchases and solicitors fees, tax payments etc.
There are strategies that allow you to get started in property without big sums of money,but these are more specialized and take a good degree of sophistication in order to successfully conclude a purchase.
The sorts of strategies that I have in mind here are Vendor Finance, where the seller of the property loans the money to the purchaser for them to buy the property.
Why would a property owner do such a thing you may ask? Well one reason could be that the purchaser would be prepared to pay the full price for the property.
Another useful strategy could be Purchase Lease Options where you as the buyer take over the property and all its obligations, whilst paying a lease amount every month, and having the assignable option to buy at the end of the lease agreement period.
I am actively looking for such property deals at the moment, and would like to expand my portfolio significantly using this method of acquisition.
However these are relatively rare to find such buyers, and it can be far less stressful and more productive to make money online using affiliate marketing since you can start to generate money from very little outlay just using a mobile phone and promoting products or services.
One of the products that we promote is called OLSP which is an affiliate eco system, which generates generous 2 tier commissions for subscribers. It was founded by Wayne Crowe from the UK who is an experienced internet marketer.
We also follow Ewen Chia from Singapore, who has created several websites for us.
We also promote Wealthy Affiliate, and we need to improve our focus and methods of client acquisition by using more advanced promotion strategies and PPC campaigns.
Over all our websites, we produce a lot of blog posts and also videos that are uploaded into 3 youtube channels, Alpus Group and Alpus Property Development then we have one youtube channel in the MMOL or Bizop niche that is called Businesses To Start On Ashoestring.
We seem to be heavily into content marketing at the moment, although we are hoping to pull back on the blog posts and increase on the video content and frequency for each channel.

This is the great thing about Wealthy Affiliate! We can use the training to create income in whatever direction we are passionate about.
Would be pretty tough to have to find a seller all the time, where affiliate marketing would be a lot easier approach to making money online.
