Hey Akskhey,
The following tutorials/posts/videos may offer you the help you seek: Internal Links vs External Links vs Backlinks Internal and External Linking Why Both External and Internal Links? Best Practices for Internal and External Link Building How to Add Links to Your Content (Internal and External) Hope you find this helpful.
Outbound links are from your site to another URL that is not part of your domain.
External links are outbound links that are usually thought of as informational, like a link to Wikipedia.
Affiliate links are outbound links that have commercial intent, like a link to a product from a company that you have an affiliate agreement with. Examples would be Amazon Associates or AWin.

Internal links are mainly used to link your articles together on your website.
And external links are used to link to articles of other websites
I'd say they are pretty similar, except that outbound links, on the other hand, point to another website >>>from a specific page on your website.<<<< For example, if you have a blog post that links to another website for more information, that link would be outbound.
The term "outbound link" is more specific to links on your website and pointing to another website.

Hi Akshay
Outbound links are one type of External link.
The term External Links can refer to either Outbound Links (links from your URL to another) or Inbound Links (links from another URL to yours). To make is even more confusing, Inbound Links are commonly called Backlinks...
For completeness, Internal Links are links from anywhere on your site to anywhere else on your site...
