5 Years with WA & my Online Learning Path
Hi everyone,
Happy to share that today I received a "5 Years Dedication Badge" with WA. :)
In my initial 6 months, I consciously decided to make my career in Digital Marketing by getting into a full-time job, intending to get better exposure to the digital world.
I landed my first job through the content written on my blog created here at WA. 2 of my review posts were ranked on Google's first page. I answered some of the SEO & content-related questions and started my first job as a "Content Marketer".
That's how my career progression started and goes on, and now I can call myself an "Intrapreneur". Where I make digital growth strategy for my company.
Key Google/Meta Certifications
A full-time career requires you to be equipped with the latest Google & Meta Certifications and be updated with AI.
Over the last year itself, I have gone through a lot of training and certifications so I will be able to work with the online marketing team effectively and test various fool-proof strategies in years ahead.
These were the certificates where it took effort but learning was influential. Used a lot of sophisticated tools.
Published an eBook:
After handling an eCommerce Marketplace for over a year. I was able to grow it from scratch. Based on my learning and experience I published an eBook called Flipkart Selling Secrets. I wrote a post here at WA Blog.
Online Marketing is a field where learning never stops. If you ever want to do a Digital Marketing job in a bigger company, have these certifications in your profile. But don't stop working on your own website.
Currently, I'm diving deeper into Marketing Analytics and exploring related tools.
Wealthy AffiliateAll these years, I was posting content on my website but it was too passive.
Now after the release of "Hubs", I feel motivated to refresh my journey with WA.
I'm really happy with the new version of Wealthy Affiliate which works in sync with AI.
5 Years Completed, and Many More to GO!
Cheers :)

Akshay,
Congratulations on 5 years with WA. I am following your renewed progress and have added the certifications to my task list.
Godspeed in your success.
MrDon
Thanks MrDon,
Though certifications have ZERO value in building an online business.
But they are needed for a successful Digital marketing career and structured learning experience.
So, it's always better to have our learning backed by Google, Meta, or a reputed B-school curriculum.
Best wishes to you too.
Cheers:)

Thanks Brenda,
Career requires to have formal certifications. I have many from multiple places such as Google, Meta, and Hubspot. Also, have a few from B-schools.
But all of this started with WA. I felt the need to work in a bigger company and work along with experts in the field.
