Concerned a bit about the future of Online Marketing and WA
Hi Everyone,
It's been quite a while since I posted here in WA.
Our company has opened a new branch in a new city and I have been busy with so many tasks. For the first time felt the pressure of being an intrapreneur. Also, attended a couple of AI workshops and events to adopt and implement AI earlier.
Coming to the topic.
Online Marketing & Future
The advancements happening in AI and the Digital Marketing departments of various well-established companies have been noticeable.
Few months back there was a buzz of ChatGPT, but now there are 100s of tools that can create text, images, audio, videos, etc.
Companies here are looking for someone who can implement AI efficiently. Our team discussions and strategies have entirely changed and it continues to evolve.
WA
Here at WA, we learn about creating a blog, writing content, and driving organic traffic. It will always remain an essential fundamental.
But I wonder are we missing anything? Is WA still a complete platform for affiliate marketing?
Yes, there are a lot of training on AI by now and many more are coming up. But will future referrals find it useful? Now people are largely getting used to a lot of shortcuts.
How can I explain WA to these new-age geeky guys? I was a bit concerned about these kinds of stuff.

The most concerning affiliate marketing changes I see are in the SERPS.
Bing is giving quick answers with ChatGPT4 integrated into its search results. Google has its search generative experience (SGE) still in beta, but it functions similarly to Bing.
In addition, Google has been placing more videos at the top of page one and seems to be giving more preference to UGC, such as Quora and Reddit.
All these challenges need to be addressed and accounted for.
I agree that WA is doing an excellent job implementing AI, and all members should be taking a serious look at what it has to offer.

You have nothing to be worried about, we are keeping ahead of the curve here on the AI side of things and it is not just the training element. You have seen implementations of AI side tech through the Niche Finder, and Brand Finder AI platforms...with some significant implementations coming in the very near future.
You are in good hands here within WA!
Yes Kyle, You are right. We have Niche finder here long before ChatGPT.
As you know I've always been very happy about WA. And, very much hopeful now.
Whenever there's any concern, I post it here, just to know other people thoughts. And, that's quite encouraging to hear.
Community-that's been the power of WA.
No matter what we do in life, with so much new technology coming our way, we will need to keep up with today's tech market and utilize it with our marketing. As for Wealthy Affiliate's future, I believe they will be here for many years to come. Kyle and Carson do a great job when it comes to adding new tools, such as the AI in the Niche Finder option. I am pretty sure there will be more new tools to make our online marketing easier in the near future. That will help WA remain a good affiliate marketing program for many years to come.
