This was help full for me i took screenshots and i am sharing if it helps some one !
what is SCV file?follow the cursor to guide you do same thing & i belive the creenshoots will help you!
Step1. Open Excel in your PC Press Data as it is in the picture
step1.open excel in your pc
step2.click Data then From Text
step3.find your SCV which is in ur pc then when you find it select Import it to your excel then follow the screen shoots just next next nex until final. i hope that helps some one Enjoy.God bless you all

A file with extension SCV is used by the CASmate software to scale the images - now discontinued.
Your screen captures are a bit too small for my eyes to read. Are you sure that it's SCV for the file type? Might it be CSV instead?
A common file type used for importing/exporting spreadsheet data is CSV which stands for Comma Separated Variables. Those are plain text files with the data fields in each of the columns separated by a comma
