Great training so far, very clear, thanks. Got to lesson 9 and I'm excited to have found a decent Niche in the Antivirus industry, with a under construction.
I realise there

I have a question on my website "Can I stay free for always?" I need to answer this, I am not sure,so can he say free for always?

yes, you can you just lose a few perks like chat and the rest of the training after the first one in get started here and the first one in bootcamp.

Thank you Tommydillard.

To me, that's the exact reason why you should join up, is because you can't afford to.

Here's a quick experiment. Look at your 5 closest friends, and I guarantee they are in the same boat you are in. Why is that? It's the Law of Attraction in full effect.

The question then becomes, what is more priority in my life right now? The coffee fix is greater than the membership? The fast food fix is greater than the membership? The membership fee, viewed from that angle, becomes miniscule ONLY if you're looking to go bigger in your venture, and in your life.

Quick point: people buy only when the value exceeds the cost. Same thing happens in your internal dialogue when sorting out your priorities. Never about the money, only what you value more.

You'll quickly discover the infinite amount of wisdom here, where community partners who aren't emotionally compromised from experiencing your daily life, can genuinely reach out to you, provided you don't reject everything someone recommends to you every time says here. You'll pick and choose what you need to hear at that time so you can get the results you need to go to the next level.

This is a global platform, so welcome to the Big League!

Thanks, synstratusa. No fast food or coffee in this houseold, but I am looking to sell some stuff I don't need to fund the upgrade. All the best, Adrian

For everyone in this boat: The first 7 days are free, Then the first month is $19.97 only if you decide to become a member. This gives you 37 days for less than half of the regular membership. Most people try to get their first site up and running within that time.
I fell into the same problems. I live on a limited income, however I weighed the fact that my use of this website, and what I have learned within the first 30 days, far outweigh the amount that I spend for the WA membership.
Stop and think... if you write anything, you can have the help of the live chat, discussions, and training to help you if you want to publish. Membership in WA also allows Membership in Street Articles, where you can write and get published under your own name. That is worth many monthly payments by itself.
I hope that I have guided and not muddled the water too much, but the giant Redwood started as a seed. You have to start somewhere

Thanks, ScaredSilly. Some good advice there.

I think you could definitely use a free site and the free training to make money and then upgrade to premium. However, you'll have to do it without the support of the community, which comes with Premium. This means you'll need to do a lot of research, reading, and ask questions through channels like social media or blog comments. There are hundreds of training modules that are available for free on WA, you just need to know what you're looking for.

Thanks, Nathaniell I have had a look, and you are right there are hundreds to choose from.

I am also in this boat. It would mean taking away from a necessity for my children. I was really hoping I could pay for premium with my earnings from my website. I starting to get a little worried.

Hi there kbsanchez. I would not worry about this decision. Just work through it until you are happy with the result for you.
Each person has a unique situation, so you will need to review where you are now with the initial training. E.g. have you made time to learn what is covered and apply it to your first website?
If so, then you are on track to upgrade to the next lessons. We have to be realistic and understand we will need to invest time and money to get our businesses off the ground and producing an income.
This could take 30 days, it could take 300. It depends on how much time and effort we each put in.
As others have said here, this could be a perfect investment of our money in to a new business.
Before you decide, you will need to see if you can afford to invest now, the monthly membership fees. If so, go ahead. If it makes things hard for you or your family, then have a think about other ways to move forward. e.g.I'm looking at selling some items I no longer need to fund my membership.
Hope this helps.

I'm in the same boat! I was hoping to upgrade to premium, but there's just no way of doing that right now. It seems like there's still a lot you can do though. Everyone's really helpful here. Good luck!

Thanks shelstar1, good luck to you too. Cheers, Adrian

I am in the same boat also. I am going to take my time to decide.

So one comment. The math works this way - once you get over $24 is commissions, your Premium membership is paid for. When you switch to Premium, your commisions double; so at $24, you switch to Premium and now your commissions are $48, effectively pay for your Premium membership. And each sign up after that will give you 2x.

Or you can wait until commissions reach $47 a month and sign up. Then your commssions double, paying for your Premium membership and giving you the same amount of cash you were getting before. Plus, the future sign ups now pay double.

cyberkenpo, thank you I had not seen that. I assume you mean the bootcamp way of recruiting new "make money" members to WA. I was looking at another niche, but I'll go through bootcamp now. Cheers, Adrian

It's also worth looking the "share" model if you're comfortable promoting WA socially, https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/training/how-to-share-content-earn-at-wealthy-affiliate Rich.

That's a great point Rich, thank you. I'd missed that one too, but its on my training plan now. Cheers, Adrian

Well AdrianFlower I certainly am one who understands lack o funds! If funds are the issue then my advice would be to go through the free trainings till it all is second nature to you. There is a wealth of information on the net some good and some bad but if you have been here before you know how to tell the difference. I suggest do some searching on you tube for some more info as well as teaming up with someone that can help you toward better financial times which is the bottom line for those that are here and willing to work towards our dreams.

Don't let it stop you this time! Do that one hour a day and stay focused on the goal. Did you write down your goals? If not sit down and think about where you want to be in 6 months, 1 year and 5 years and set some goals for yourself. Post these goals where you can see them by your computer or on the fridge whatever will work for you so you can stay focused on where you want to go.

Great advice advwizard, thank you. Yes, goals were written, but not in the detail you suggest so back to work on them now.

Good advice...I will try it.

The only thing stopping you from your first sale is you. WA can certainly help you learn more and move forward but it is going to take a renewed faith in your abilities and just believe in yourself. If you need the help of this fine web site to finish your site then by all means grab a premium membership it is a small price to pay for success.

Thanks, Advwizard. You're right its a small price to pay. But it would mean taking food off the table or similar choices at this stage. I'll continue to learn what I can from what is already published and put it to use. I understand I can upgrade for more training as soon as I can meet the payments needed.

The free Starter Membership is a showcase for Premium, it lets people try out WA and see if it's for them and also proves it's not some kind of scam. It's a lot easier if you go Premium and have access to all the Course and Phase training, tools and support but I've seen numerous Members stay on Starter until they start earning before upgrading. You can access a lot of free training on most topics by simply typing in the search bar above a word or two of what you're interested in learning. Rich.

Hi Rich. Many thanks for the speedy reply and very useful tip. I was a member 2 years ago and gave up when I realised I'd spent 3 months or so membership with no functional website to show for it. If I can plod along for an hour a day to get my head around the more advanced concepts without the financial pressure of being premium, I think that will be ideal for me. That's the challenge of being worse than broke at the moment :-)
Best Wishes
Adrian
