No it is collected automatically each month or year depending plan
Before you could switch it to WA credits, now with the new platform am not seeing this option.

Please check the dates I have paid and the amounts I have paid. It seems as though I have been over charged.

In the choose category section, select " billing" from the drop down menu.
Express your issue and submit.

Unless otherwise stated, the standard currency for online business is USD. If you are in a different country then you'll need to take the exchange rate into consideration.
I doubt it by we don't have access to your payment dates, details etc we are only members here like you. You can contact site support as Catherine stated or contact Kyle or Carson.

Also not sure what country you are from but don't forget the payments are in US dollars so if you are from another country the exchange rate will vary according to your country.
You can also check in your account settings and you will find all your invoices as well
