Why is it when I try to view certain teaching videos, it tells me I need to upgram to premium before
why is it when I try to view certain teaching videos, it tells me I need to upgrade to Premium before it will let me view it. But I already am Premium.

There are two tiers, Premiums and Premium Plus + members. If you look top right of videos, you'd either see a starter (free), a purple diamond (premium) or a yellow crowned (premium plus)

Hi - a further level of membership was introduced last year - Premium Plus. There are some videos that are restricted to these members only. You can recognise them with a gold crown at the top of the video.

It might be premium plus. Is there a gold crown by the videos you're trying to watch? Those would be for premium plus members only.
