I bought a domain off of GoDaddy yesterday and I clicked the transfer button on the domain page on WA and it says the domain is locked in the current registrar and isn't 60 day
You do not need to wait 60 days to use your domain -- You do have to wait 60 days after its initial registration to move the registration to another registrar. (That period is required by ICANN rules and is intended to prevent registration fraud.)
To leave the domain registration at GoDaddy and host your site at WA, you'll need to change the DNS setting at Godaddy to point at WA's servers. The addresses are ns1.mywahosting.com and ns2.mywahosting.com
I've already done that though. I'll go take another look at it then. Thank you for the assistance, both of you!
It can take a bit of time (up to a full day) for DNS changes to propagate through the internet. If you can't add your domain to your WA hosting, I'd suggest waiting a bit and trying again.

Another thing that you might try is to go to the website who.is and enter your domain name in the search bar. The new page that opens will display your current DNS settings toward the bottom of the left column.

How do I get my domain out of the locked registrar?

Looks like you already have the answer you need, exactly what BobBarr said.
Just point the DNS settings to WA using the instructions he gave you or WA Hosting - Setting Up Your Domain DNS Should have no issues hosting here at WA at that point.
Brok
