What Is The Worth Of You're Net Health?

The title is NOT a typo.

There is so much worry in life of what is our Net Worth, rather it should be what is our Net Health. We go through life with up's and downs and we are constantly reminded about our own value in terms of dollars. There are these wealth assessment calculators that ask all types of questions like what is your total amount of home loans, car loans, student loans, credit debt, mortgage and so on.

Then you are asked to input your assets like the value of your home, jewelry, cash in bank, collectibles, mutual funds. Then after the long hours of figuring all of this out you come to find that your Net Wealth is Worthless. You start to feel down and worried and you begin to lose hope. It keeps you up at night and creates stress to the point that you GIVE UP and just cost through life.

Now there is one thing you should never forget, You still got your health! You are still breathing, waking up and you are still here to RULE another day! Maybe your Net Worth is not the best test of your SELF WORTH. The questions that should be asked are what are your Assets in terms of what can you have should be something like this.

BONDS: Rate the strength of your connections with others.

Collectibles: Are you living a life of memories worth saving?

Vehicle: How powerful or painful is your mobility?

Life Insurance: What is the total value of your contribution to humanity?

Retirement: How much GOODWILL have you paid into your IRA?

The Liabilities should go something like this.

Student Loans: How much has it cost you to learn the hard lessons about stressing?

C.C. Debt: Are you still really only paying the minimum balance due towards your behavior?

Personal Debt: How much do you owe yourself, to get fixed?

Your Net Health Score will not be just a number, it will be many numbers. Cholesterol levels to reach, number of hours to sleep, amounts of veggies to eat, a number of relaxation techniques. There would be fitness suggestions, but most importantly a personalized navigation to get behavior from location to destination and the map that tells you what to do, that is the critical component to the assessment.

Our unhealthy behavior is only as good as the directions we choose in life. We all know better, we all know that we should do the right thing to get it done. We all must have a plan to better ourselves and change our NET HEALTH just like we change our NET WEALTH. A healthy mind and body will bring change. YOU JUST HAVE TO CARE ENOUGH TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.
