You can't get a refund if you've already paid, you'd have had to cancel your membership before the payment came out. Just cancel it now & you won't get charged again, but make sure to backup your websites etc beforehand as if you're gone for over 30 days they may get deleted.

Hi - ordinarily, there are no refunds. It is covered in the terms and conditions of the platform. You would need to ask Kyle to see if he is prepared to make an exception.

Have you now cancelled your membership to ensure you don't get charged again? Click on your profile photo, go to account settings and membership. Click cancel billing.
Do be aware, that you can't return to being a free starter again, and will lose all access to this platform. If you have a purchased domain hosted here, you are given 30 days to move it to another hosting provider.
