Niche is great, but come from kindness and compassion, please!

Hello my dear friends, I've been here for over a year and I would like to share with you my enlightenment. I call it a "caffeine rush." That's when I saw a different angle if I may about niches.
First off what is a niche, well if you're here long enough it means a personal passion of yours that appears to you not work but something you love to do or share, etc. I thought , "Now that's great I love to do this or that, I want to go public and sell my passion to the world."
But wait! I sense an OOPSIE! Sell my passion to the world!?? Wha???
I am not you and please understand I'm not here say selling is right or wrong, but I feel the real point is missed, in my opinion.
What point you ask? Now where are you going with this?
I know where you're coming from, so here's my spill.
When creating a niche to bring to the public may I advice if I may, create it as if you're there to help someone. In my mind, I like to think it's my close friend, anyone who could use what I love. Create your site to help and come from kindness and compassion. Make it so you can help them, please. I feel your website will flow with love and people who land on your site will sense where you're coming from. They'll even say to themselves,
"This is my passion, too and this guy/gal wanna help me, no doubt!"
Direct that message to that person who loves your passion.
This is exciting folks because WA can help bring your message to that very person. We are looking at over 4 billion people out there. As long as humans stop making babies we stay at 4 billion.. Not possible, so sad, it'll only grow larger. Not your fault!
When you come from love and compassion, the world will come to your door. Just my opinion folks. I believe it and I live it.
I would love to hear what you have to say, nay or yay! Thank you so much, I hope I didn't wait your time that you cannot get back!
Mahalo and Aloha!

Lived on Oahu and Maui for a number of years.
You are right about view our niches as something to help people (our potential customers) with. The product/service should be something that is meaningful and helps someone.
Whatever the niche can do to improve someone's life, then it is a good one.
Mahalo for sharing.

I have a sales background and I was quite successful doing it, but rather than "sale" I built relationships and those are the best kind of customers to have -- the ones you have built a solid foundation of trust. After that, there isn't much you can't overcome, even higher prices.
Thanks again for sharing!
