When looking for products that may be associated with an affiliate marketplace like ShareASale or AvantLink, please read their FAQ to learn more about the conditions for acceptance.
Specifically, AvantLink.
The website I applied for was new, with only a couple of articles posted. I wanted to provide information on a particular brand that is affiliated with AvantLink.
I was denied. With good reason. Two articles are not enough to garner any attention, let alone be accepted as a marketing affiliate. No prob...

The point of this PSA is to share something from their (AvantLink) FAQ page:
"Generally, AvantLink recommends to spend the first 6 months of your new website, building content, establishing authority (unique content), garnering backlinks (links from other websites to yours), implementing SEO, and even paid traffic generation (PPC / keyword bidding) in order to increase your traffic. Even modest increases will greatly increase your ranking, and subsequently your eligibility with us."

There are many members that join WA and think they going to earn commissions the first month or in just a month without taking into account they need good ranking content on their websites along with lots of traffic.
After two years, I have been approved for many programs but still some decline. Each program with Avant link have different terms that need to be understood before applying to be an affiliate.
That's true. Even within the affiliate marketplaces, there are rules within rules, just like there are sub-niches within the niches.
Those that come here hoping for instant success and a million dollar payout will be sorely disappointed.
Yet, those who are looking for a new way to create their own business and become successful doing what they love to do, are the fold who will succeed here.
