Hey Everyone!

Time for my tip of the day.

Ok so this tip goes out to all the newbies like me hehe, I think the more experienced affiliates will know this.

Where is the background option?

- Log into your Wordpress website

-- Appearance (In the menu to the left)

--- Background

Choosing your Website Background

1. Your background image should not be too big or users with slow internet connections will battle with loading your page. In my opinion the background image that you want to upload from your computer should be less than 2 megabytes. If your background image is larger than 2MB users with slow internet will battle with it.

2. HERE'S MY TRICK:

I do a search for "free seamless textures" Seamless textures are small pictures of wood, tiles, glass, water, grass etc.... These images can be as small as 500X500 but when you set your background display option to "repeat - tile" it makes one big beautiful picture.

I hope this helps someone out there.

I'm trying to upload an example but its not letting me crop the image.... maybe someone can help me with that lol.
