My Rumble has been Monetized
Monetizing Rumble.
I am celebrating a small win. For those who read my WA blog, you will know I have opened an account with Rumble.

Rumble on.
Rumble is an alternative to YouTube which promotes itself as "friendlier" and more open to controversial content.
Anyway, I have only posted 4 short videos, using "invideo" ( A text to video tool) and was quite surprised to see that one of my videos, "The Millionaire Mindset" has been monetized.
What exactly does that mean? In short, an advertiser has attached their advertisement to my vlog and I have the option to include their video or not. I get paid
(toot toot, blow my horn...hmm..That is a statement, not a request, thank you very much. lol.)
How does it Work?
It works on the number of clicks the advertiser gets to how much I get. It is certainly not a lot. No trips to Thailand, but maybe after a few months I can buy a new pair of socks. Lol
This is something I didn't expect and the message I get from it is to try different things (Now and again) and see what works.

That's great to hear, Steve and with just four videos! It would be interesting to hear how everything works out for you on Rumble! I'm all for supporting platforms like Rumble that give you the opportunity to say what you want! In other words, free speech!
I have a news/Christian YouTube channel that I started a year ago. It's a subject that YouTube doesn't really like, sometimes I wonder if I should have used Rumble in the first place. I have only had one video that YouTube removed so far!

I will be adding a lot more content. And will be adding personalised content as well, not just AI stuff. It will be interesting to see what happens.
I also have a YouTube channel but it is an uphill battle competing against so many others. I will keep them both but focus on Rumble. My YouTube will bwe my backup channel, just in case.
You could do the same, use YouTube to move people over to Rumble.

It's always interesting to see what works for different people. I know quite a few people who are successful with YouTube, even when they have a controversial niche. And yet others seem to be banned for almost doing nothing wrong.
It's definitely good to be a platform where we can have free speech.
I often wondered if I should have started with Rumble, but I'm not sure how many people actually realise Rumble exists. Hopefully, the message is getting out there.
I have thought about my more controversial videos on Rumble and the more neutral ones on YouTube. It's one of those decisions where I can't quite make up my mind!
It would be great if you could keep everyone updated on your progress, Steve. We have Roope who is highly successful on YouTube, but I don't know we have anyone on the platform who is highly successful with Rumble.

I am no way as successful as Roope, I wish I was, and it will take a lot more work to get this going as a good income stream. But I am happy to document my travails within “ Rumble”

I understand that Roope has worked exceptionally hard and is fairly unique! But I do admire all his hard work and motivation.
We also need to remember that we all start small; Roope started with zero subscribers! Consistency is always key when we work online.
That would be great, Steve, it's really interesting hearing other people's genuine experiences, even if it's not a win! Put it this way, it's far better than listening to an AI writer! There are lots of those AI posts on Wealthy Affiliate now, unfortunately! I don't read them, as in soon as I realise its AI, I don't bother! It should be about our genuine experience!

I want to hear real stories. I think that is why Jeff’s daily blogs are so popular as well.
It is daily life and nothing “ super exciting “, but it is real and about a real person.
