This is my son's account and I would like to become a premium member with my account. When logging in, I get "you already have an account". When I type forgot password, it says
Because WA doesn't allow people to sign up with multiple accounts under the same IP address.
Try using a different IP address to login to your own account and go premium.
hmmm. have you tried restarting your machine? I know it sounds like an odd fix, but sometimes when basic functions stop working, restarting the machine solves them.
If that doesn't work, you might go the simplest route and simply go premium with this account you're already logged into, making it your own. You can always change the username from your son's to your own after you've gone premium and finish out your picture and description, THEN you could actually use one of the affiliate links from this profile to create a new account for your son, and later if he goes premium you'd get a commission for it.
There would be no need to cancel out anything with the account you're having trouble getting into since it was never premium and no payment info was every entered.
